Four charged in series of drug arrests - The Outer Banks Voice

On June 9, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Dare County Sheriff’s Office Deputies in the A-District conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Lancer Court on Colington Drive. During the traffic stop, a Kill Devil Hills Police Department K-9 unit arrived and alerted on the vehicle for the presence of a controlled substance. During the search of the vehicle, an amount of cocaine was located. Connor O’Nell Sadler, M/28, was charged with (F) Possession of Cocaine and is being held under a $50,000 secured bond.

On June 10, at approximately 10:45 pm, Dare County Sheriff’s Office Deputies in A-District were dispatched to the 100 Block Marshy Ridge Rd, Colington, in reference to a juvenile who seemed to be under the influence of a controlled substance. The investigation revealed that juvenile had taken some LSD. Elijah Keith McMillin, M/18, 100 Block of Swan Court, Colington, was charged with (F) Sale and/or Deliver LSD and (F) Child Abuse inflicting Serious Injury. McMillin was released on a $2,000 secured bond. Other charges will be sought at Grand Jury.

On June 11, at approximately 11:38 pm, Dare County Sheriff’s Office Deputies in A-District were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of Pine Cone Rd, Colington, in reference to a suspicious condition. When the deputies arrived, they located a backpack that contained Methamphetamine, MDMA, Marijuana, THC Oil, suspected Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia. Raymond Joseph Proulx, M/35, 1900 Block of Colington Rd, Colington, was arrested and charged with (F) PWIMSD Methamphetamine and was released on a $5,000 secured bond. Autumn Leigh Price, F/34, 600 Block of Virginia Dare Trail, Kill Devil Hills, was charged with (F) Possession of Methamphetamine and released on a $3,500 secured bond. Other charges will be sought during Grand Jury.
