Luxury living at The Ritz-Carlton is up for grabs at auction this month, with this home in the Tower Residence at The Ritz-Carlton in Dallas.

This unit is a combination of two previous units, expanding the living space to four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. Situated on the second floor, it overlooks the pool and the lush landscape surrounding the outdoor living spaces.

Listing agent Sanders Avrea said the home is uniquely large for high-rise living.

“You typically don’t find properties that are gonna be that expansive, you know, north of 4,000 square feet,” Avrea said.

The 4,256-square-foot home the unique feature of two kitchens — one large, another smaller. Avrea said the smaller kitchen and nearby living space and bedroom can act as a separate quarters when needed.

The kitchens are equipped with high-end appliances such as Wolf stove ranges and sub-zero refrigerators, custom cabinetry and granite countertops.

The home has two master bedrooms on separate sides of the home that allow for privacy. The remaining two bedrooms each have their own bathrooms and large closets.

With 10-foot ceilings and numerous windows, the single-level residence gives the impression of an open feel and breathing room. Avrea noted that the single floor dwelling is a flexible and accessible layout.

“The most appealing thing to it is the fact that you could grow old in this home,” Avrea said, noting that the guest quarters area could act as a space for a caretaker in the future.

Details throughout the home complement the art deco style of The Ritz-Carlton’s exterior, with crown molding, hardwood floors and marble flooring in the foyer.

The building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern with an art deco design and, as part of the hotel, provides access to the luxury amenities like in-room dining, pool access and concierge, laundry and cleaning services. The home is within walking distance of cultural attractions downtown like the Dallas Museum of Art, the Winspear Opera House and Klyde Warren Park.

2555 North Pearl St. #202 is listed by Sanders Avrea of Allie Beth Allman & Associates. It is set for auction on June 23 by Jennifer Middleton of Concierge Auctions and requires a $100,000 deposit per bidder.
