
Among qualifying criteria, student-athletes had to carry a 3.5 or higher grade-point average (GPA) during the most recent academic year.
Coste (3.65/general social science) carried a 10-7 record with six wins during the dual season, playing primarily at the No. 2 spot in the Ducks' lineup. Among his wins, the UO junior registered a three-set win over No. 28 Govind Nanda of UCLA (March 1). Coste was also a semifinalist at the ITA Northwest Regional Championships during the fall tournament season.
Klöv-Nilsson (3.55/undeclared) was 14-8 during his freshman campaign. He won seven-consecutive matches to open the dual season. Klov-Nilsson clinched Oregon's 4-1 win over New Mexico (March 6) with a straight-set win at the No. 6 position in the lineup. The Stockholm, Sweden, native also posted seven wins in doubles play.
Oshima (3.69/accounting) won 11 of 13 dual matches in the middle of the Ducks' lineup this past year. He clinched a pair of matches for Oregon, securing team wins at Louisville (Feb. 7) and against No. 50 Old Dominion (March 8). Overall, Oshima tallied a 13-4 record in singles play with an additional nine wins in doubles.
Vandecasteele (3.68/math) was 15-9 as a freshman with 10 victories in the dual season. He picked up a ranked win against USC (Feb. 28) with a straight-set win over No. 83 Ryder Jackson at the No. 5 spot in the lineup. Vandecasteele clinched the Ducks' 4-0 win over South Alabama at the team's ITA Kick-Off Weekend in College Station, Texas.
Coste and Oshima also both earned spots on the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll when the team was announced in June.
