Good for President Trump. It’s four months later, but at least he’s now telling people — including his supporters who would follow him off the ledge of a cliff like mindless zombies, that they should be wearing face masks when they’re in public. It’s a welcome and important change. Thank you, Mr. President.

A growing rift makes everyone ‘look ridiculous’

Boys, it’s time to grow up. This spat between the city commissioner (Lapeer) and the marijuana pushers makes you all look ridiculous, and is why this issue will continue to divide Lapeer because of the huge rift that’s growing larger by the day. We don’t need all this pot in Lapeer. If it’s so good for the pushers, put it in your own damn towns.

Not serving ‘the people’

We voted for marijuana (adultuse) in 2018. The Lapeer officials who want to squash the vote of the people need to find something else to do with their time and step down. They’re not serving the people, but instead their own conservative Republican agendas. It’s time to go!
