Better and stronger
Trump beat COVID-19 and now he’s better and stronger than ever. That’s who we need as president. Not a mumbling, stumbling Biden.

Adults have no excuse
Bars and restaurants and all non-essential businesses should be closed. Communal spreading is occurring at places where people gather and let their guard down. If they won’t listen then “adults” need to be treated like children who have the excuse of not knowing any better.

‘Exploding big time’
Bad timing for people who think the Michigan Supreme Court said it’s okay to ignore the intent behind executive orders, because now COVID-19 is exploding big time all over again. Wear masks and for god’s sake stay away from people you don’t know.

Be very afraid
Incredibly even after getting coronavirus Trump is still mocking the virus. He thinks he’s Superman or something. Oh, he’s something alright. I don’t think they would publish what I think he is. Be very afraid of Trump and be very afraid of the virus.

Gross incompetence
One word should end Trump’s disastrous presidency. COVID-19. He’s not making America great again for the 200,000-plus people who died on his watch. He can’t, because they’re dead and many more will die all because of his gross incompetence.

‘There’s still beauty’
Sure was nice to see the beautiful photos of horses in the paper (Wednesday, Oct. 14 edition). There’s still beauty in this screwed up world right now. Thank you.

World is messed up!
The world needs more prayer and divine intervention because clearly, we can’t leave this place for humans to run. It’s seriously messed up.

Tell us what you think
Michigan is seeing nearly record-high levels of COVID-19, with case rates approaching what they were in April when the pandemic first devastated the state. Combined with rising hospitalizations and the coming cold weather, state health officials are worried. “It is very possible that this is the beginning of a second wave,” said Dr. Joneigh Khaldun, the state’s chief medical executive and chief deputy for health. Do you feel more, or less, safe from COVID now than you did in April through May?
