HIGH POINT, N.C.—High Point University women's track & Field finished day two of the 2021 Big South Outdoor Championships with four individual championships and a first-place score of 118.

"Pretty incredible day, love the energy and love the passion. Our kids really competed. We just had a lot of backstories of kids you know with important 7th place finishes along with all the champions. It was a pretty special day but, like we told them it's kind of like halftime we had a really good first half now we got to go finish it tomorrow."
Panther Performances
- Zoe Geis picked up her second individual Big South Championship as she won the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 10:25.90 which set a new meet record.
- Madison Reynolds claimed HPU's first Big South Heptathlon individual championship since 2006 as she set a facility for Vert Stadium with a score of 4916 points. The Reynolds individual win swung the Panther women into first place.
- Alicia Dawson won the first long jump individual championship for HPU since 2003 as she recorded a jump of 6.10m.
- Sydney Horn set a new Big South record, a new facility record, a new PR, and a meet record with a mark of 4.44m. Earning the 2021 Big South Women's Individual championship in the pole vault. It was an all Panther podium as Sydney was joined on each side by Nathalie Elliott who finished second, and Mackenzie Horn who finished third.
- Nyile Facey ran a personal best time of 13.43 in 100m Hurdles finishing first and qualifying for the 100m Hurdle final on Wednesday. Facey put herself in a great position to qualify for the NCAA East Regional in Jacksonville. Facey is currently 33rd in the nation. She also qualified for the 400m hurdles with a personal best time of 1:00.41.
- Famke Heinst finished second in the steeplechase with a time of 10:26.02.
- Olive Allen qualified for both the 800m and the 1500m finals finishing first in the 800m with a time of 2:14.72 while also qualifying for the 1500m with a time of 4:46.76 placing seventh.
- Leah Bolden qualified for both the 200m and 400m finals. She finished first in the 400 with a time of 55.51, Bolden finished third in the 200 with a qualifying time of 24.36.
- Julia Newman finished second in the javelin with a mark of 39.59m, a personal best for her.
- Jordan Morrison continued the theme of her season in which she continues to set personal bests. She qualified for the 400m hurdles as she finished third with a time of 1:00.48.
