Event Description: Join us Friday, June 22nd, from 7:30pm-9pm, for our new immersive Sound Bath experience. Led by Leigh and Brendan, the Sound Bath is designed to be an immersive self-care experience that assists in overall healing throughout the mind-body and all of its interconnectedness. The Sound Bath experience targets the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual components of the mind-body connection by utilizing the amazing healing powers of sound vibrations. These vibrations allow us to release energy blockages and let go of unhealthy patterns as we shift our vibrations away from harmful lower frequencies.
