Former Nuggets shooting guard lists Four Seasons condo for $5.25M - The Denver Post

A former guard for the Denver Nuggets put his Four Seasons condo on the market for $5.25 million after being traded to the Orlando Magic.

Garry Harris Jr., who played for the Nuggets from 2014 to 2021, purchased the 4,903-square-foot residence on the 37th floor at 1133 14th St. in 2018 for $4.5 million, later transferring it under a trust, according to property records.

The purchase was not long after Harris signed a four-year, $84 million contract extension with the Nuggets in October 2017.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in the 44-story building takes up half of an entire floor, with panoramic views of the mountains and city skyline.

“The views are incredible,” said listing agent Nicole Laydon with Your Castle Real Estate. “You can see everything from Ball Arena to Union Station and the mountains — well not necessarily this week due to the smoke, but on a normal basis.”

The Four Seasons condo takes up half of the 37th floor.

Harris was drafted by the Nuggets in 2014 after two years at Michigan State, and the 26-year-old played 387 games over seven seasons, starting each season but his first. But after a bout of injuries, Harris and fellow shooting guard R.J. Hampton were traded to the Orlando Magic in March for forwards Aaron Gordon and Gary Clark.

Address: 1133 14th St., Unit 3750, Denver

Listing price: $5.25 million

Stats: The 4,903-square-foot condo has two balconies, including one in the master suite.

“You have so much privacy as one of only two units on the floor,” Laydon said.

The finer things: The buyer will have access to all of the Four Seasons’ amenities, including the pool, gym, concierge services, room service, valet parking and dry cleaning.

Gary Harris Jr. added his own touches throughout the 4,903-square-foot condo.

New additions to the property include automated drop-down shades and a custom surround sound system by Residential Systems Inc.

“A lot of people in the building are truly world travelers, so I think they’re looking for the convenience of a lock and leave situation, but are also used to living in very elevated, luxury spaces,” Laydon said. “I can see someone who doesn’t want the maintenance or upkeep of a traditional home but wants the location and all the amenities at the same time living here.”
